Knights Fish Restaurant TERMS & CONDITIONS!
 

🐟 Cancellations:
Please cancel at least 12 hours before your reservation time.

🍟 Group Bookings (Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays):

  • Groups of 9 or more require a £5 per person non-refundable deposit to confirm.
    (Discounted from your bill.)

  • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours via the portal/email link, or the booking will auto-cancel.

  • Groups larger than 10 will be seated at nearby separate tables.
     

💰 Payments:

  • Advance notice required if your group intends to pay separately.

  • Splitting the bill is time-consuming in our already busy restaurant and impacts service for other customers.

  • If we do not receive prior notice, we may refuse to split the bill. We appreciate your understanding of the resources this process demands.
     

🍻 Service Charges:

  • Groups of 9+ will have a discretionary service charge added to their bill. This is voluntary and can be removed upon request—just ask our team! 😊
     

🐟 Late Arrivals:

  • Please do not arrive too early, arriving precisely at your booking time is perfect!

  • Call 01458 831882 or email if you're running late. After 20 minutes without notice, the table will be offered to waiting customers.
     

🍟 Modifying Your Booking:

  • While adding one or two people may seem easy, it creates significant challenges for space, service, kitchen capacity, and the overall experience for everyone. Please ensure your group size is finalized when booking to help us maintain smooth service for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding!
